My MediaMarkt Gift Card Is Not Being Accepted
First, check that you have entered the card number and PIN completely, without spaces or typos. The safest way is to copy both directly from the email. Also, make sure you enter the gift card during the payment step under "Add Gift Card," not as a promotional code.
The Gift Card Doesn’t Work in My Shop
The gift card is valid only for the MediaMarkt online shop in the country where it was issued and usually cannot be used in shops of other countries. Check your order confirmation to see which shop the card is intended for. Note that a MediaMarkt gift card cannot be redeemed at Saturn.
I Can’t Use the Gift Card for a Specific Item
For offers from third-party sellers, such as marketplace items, redemption may be restricted. The gift card applies only to goods and services offered directly by MediaMarkt. If a certain article is not accepted, please check MediaMarkt’s gift card terms and conditions.
My PIN Is Missing or Doesn’t Work
You cannot redeem a gift card online without a PIN. Look for the PIN in your order confirmation. If your gift card includes an activation link, activate it first. If the PIN still doesn’t work, please contact us with your order number.
