Netflix Gift Card Guide: How to Buy, Redeem, and Use Your Balance

What is a Netflix Gift Card?

A Netflix gift card, also known as a Netflix prepaid card, is a prepaid code that lets you add credit to your Netflix account. You redeem the code online, and the amount is credited to your account. You can use this balance to pay for your Netflix subscription. The gift card also works if you don’t yet have a Netflix account.

How the Netflix Gift Card Works Purchase a card: Choose an amount and pay. Receive the code: You get the code digitally via email. Redeem: Enter the code on netflix.com/redeem.

The credited amount is applied to your Netflix account and will be deducted from your next billing cycle. Redeeming multiple gift cards in sequence lets you prepay your subscription for several months in advance.

Who Is the Netflix Gift Card For? - New customers who want to try Netflix without instantly providing a payment method - Existing customers who want to manage their subscription with a fixed budget - As a gift, since the recipient redeems the code themselves

Key Rules at a Glance - Redemption is done via Netflix’s website in a web browser. - If you pay for your subscription through a third party like iTunes or Google Play, you cannot redeem a Netflix gift card. - Netflix gift cards are region-locked and valid only for the Netflix service in the region where they were issued. - Full terms and conditions can be found on Netflix’s website.

Using Netflix Gift Cards Securely

Treat the code like cash. Only enter it on the official Netflix site and never share it with others. Legitimate companies or authorities will never ask you to pay with a gift card code. If someone asks for your Netflix code, it is very likely a scam.
