Zalando Gift Card Guide: Buying, Redeeming, and Using Your Balance

What is a Zalando Gift Card?

A Zalando gift card, also called a Zalando gift voucher or Zalando gift code, is a digital code loaded with a fixed balance. You redeem it at Zalando to pay for your order in full or in part. The gift card is perfect for your own shopping or as a present, as the recipient can choose their own items.

How the Zalando Gift Card Works Buy the card: Select an amount and pay. Receive the code: You'll get the code digitally via email. Redeem: Enter the code at checkout or add it to your Zalando account.

Where Can I Redeem the Gift Card?

You can redeem the code on the Zalando website or via the Zalando app. It applies to eligible products sold by Zalando or its partners. The gift card is valid only for the Zalando store of the country it was issued for. Other Zalando offers, like Zalando Lounge, require separate vouchers—Zalando gift cards generally cannot be used there.

Key Rules at a Glance Individual Zalando gift cards have a maximum value of €200. You can apply multiple gift cards to one order, up to a total of €1,000. Zalando gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Cash redemption of the balance is not possible. If you cancel an order paid with a gift card or return items, the amount is credited back to your gift card balance.

Validity

The exact validity period of your gift card can be found in Zalando's voucher terms and conditions.

Using Your Zalando Gift Card Safely

Treat the code like cash. Only enter it on Zalando and never give it to third parties. Legitimate companies or authorities will never ask for payment by gift code. If someone asks you to share your Zalando code, it is very likely fraud.
