How to Redeem a Zalando Voucher: Guide for Website and App

Two Ways to Redeem a Zalando Voucher

You can redeem your Zalando voucher on the Zalando website and in the Zalando app. There are two options for this: directly at checkout or through your customer account.

Redeeming a Voucher at Checkout Add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the voucher field. Confirm the entry. The value will be deducted from your order total. Pay any remaining balance using a different payment method.

Saving a Voucher to Your Customer Account Log into your Zalando account on the website or app. Open the vouchers or balance section in your account area. Add the voucher code.

This way, you save the credit and can use it later when placing an order, whenever you like.

How Do I Check My Zalando Balance?

You can view your remaining balance in your Zalando customer account. It also shows the amount left after an order. Any remaining credit stays available for future purchases. Cash payouts are not possible.

Multiple Vouchers and Amount Limits

You can redeem multiple Zalando vouchers per order, up to a total value of €1,000. A single voucher can have a maximum value of €200. You cannot use a Zalando voucher to buy other gift vouchers.

What Happens with Cancellations or Returns?

If you cancel an order paid with a voucher or return items, the amount will be credited back to your voucher balance. It will then be available for later purchases. If only part of the order was paid with a voucher, the remaining amount will be refunded via the other payment method.

Avoid Common Mistakes Wrong shop: The voucher is valid only for the Zalando shop of the country it was issued for. Voucher from a different Zalando brand: Vouchers from Zalando Lounge usually cannot be used on Zalando. Incorrect code entry: It's best to copy the code directly from the email.
